Michael W. Nichols, Founder & CEO Michael W. Nichols is originally from Louisiana and joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of 18. During his tour as a Marine Corps Drill Instructor, Michael was featured as the Senior Drill Instructor in the award winning boot camp documentary "Ears, Open. Eyeballs, Click." This vivid documentary, which has been compared in the press to Full Metal Jacket, was exhibited in film festivals around the world and released on DIRECT TV. Following 12 years of military service, Michael left the Marine Corps and became co-owner of Louisiana C-Store Management Associates LLC, which operated 10 convenience stores throughout Louisiana, employed around 100 people, and generated approximately $2.5 million dollars in monthly sales. As Director of Operations, Michael increased the company's net profit over 3,500% within one year. Michael has been contacted by many organizations around the United States to appear as a guest, to MC events, and to discuss his experiences in the Marine Corps. Having made numerous public appearances, and after two years of building a thriving retail business, Michael returned to Southern California to establish Moto Entertainment as a proprietorship. Through SSgtNichols.com, Michael became an offiicial distributor of "Ears, Open. Eyeballs, Click." He soon teamed up with director and former Marine Aaron Banks to formulate a long-term plan to develop a multimedia entertainment production company. From this grand vision, Moto Entertainment LLC was formed.

Donavan M. Lowtan, CFO After obtaining a degree in economics, Don Lowtan served for five years as an officer in the United States Navy. Lieutenant Lowtan qualified as a Navy Diver, Surface Warfare Officer, and Search & Rescue Swimmer. Following his military service, Don attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated with a Master of Science degree (S.M.). Don then attained his law degree from Columbia University Law School and a second law degree from the University of London, King's College. Additionally, Don spent six months in Paris where he obtained a certificat de cours de civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne. Don previously worked as a corporate attorney at the Los Angeles office of an international law firm and officially accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer of Moto Entertainment in April, 2010.

Aaron Banks, President of Production With years of experience in writing, producing, directing and editing music videos, Aaron decided to enlist in the United States Marine Corps. Stationed in Hawaii, Aaron immediately hit the streets filming music videos throughout the island. Aaron met DJ Skee and started producing content for Skee T.V., which is now one of the largest online music lifestyle channels in the world with over 70 million views. Aaron also worked with Atlantic Records recording artist DJ Drama producing online music videos that supported song and album releases. After leaving the Marine Corps, Aaron moved to Los Angeles to take his life long passion for music video production to the capital of the entertainment industry. Aaron enrolled in The Los Angeles Film School were he graduated with his degree in film. Aaron then became a managing member of Moto Entertainment and assumed the duties of President of Production.

Sergio Bernal, Project Development Sergio first picked up a camera at the age of ten and became intrigued by the magic of movie making. Throughout his childhood, Sergio honed his professional skills by recording anyone who wanted to be filmed. Using a VCR and a camera, Sergio taught himself the fundamentals of linear editing and began his quest for narrative short films. Always aspiring big, Sergio finally realized his boyhood dream when he graduated from The Los Angeles Film School. There, Sergio refined and perfected his self-taught knowledge. With many projects and films under his belt, Sergio continues to make his mark on the film industry. Sergio became an executive of Moto Entertainment and assumed the senior position of Project Development. |

Nicholas Acosta, Visual Productions Nicholas first dabbled in the world of cinema when at the age of 5, his dad put him in a short Indiana Jones spoof. Fascinated with film, Nicholas has been making his own movies since he was 12 years old and has over 100 productions to his credit. Striving to better himself with every project, filmmaking is more than just a job for Nicholas, it is his passion. Nicholas knows what he wants and will do his best to get it, all the while being collaborative and a good friend. Nicholas received the Cheech Marin Latino Arts Scholarship and graduated from the Los Angeles Film School. Nicholas became part of the Moto Entertainment team and now oversees Visual Productions. |
